By purchasing any digital product, audio series, workshop, program, session, or transformational experience with Angela Nelson, you agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to create a steady, supportive, and mutually respectful environment for the work we will do together.

1. Digital Products and Online Offerings

Digital products include audio series, recordings, workshops, online programs, PDFs, templates, replays, or any materials delivered electronically.

Because these materials are available immediately and become part of your personal resource library, all digital product sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are available once purchased.

If you need clarity before buying a digital product, please reach out so you can choose what feels aligned for you.

2. Intellectual Property and Use of Digital Content

All digital content is the intellectual property of Angela Nelson. Your purchase provides personal, non-transferable access to the material.

You may not share, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, teach, or use these materials in your own programs, content, or services without written permission.

Unauthorized sharing of login access, downloads, or materials is not permitted.

3. Private Sessions, Packages, and Series

Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You may use the reschedule link in your confirmation email or contact me directly.

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited unless there is an emergency or unexpected situation. I will do my best to be flexible within reason.

Session Expiration

All sessions must be used within the timeframe outlined below:

• 3 and 6 Session Series. Use within 3 months of purchase
• 12 Session Series. Use within 6 months of purchase
• Single Sessions. Use within 30 days

Unused sessions after the expiration period will be considered complete unless prior arrangements have been made.

Refunds for Private Sessions

Completed sessions are non-refundable due to the preparation, energy, and professional time required.

If an unexpected life event prevents you from continuing your series, please reach out. I will work with you in integrity and kindness.

4. Workshops, Webinars, and Live Events

All workshop and event purchases are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend live, replays will be provided when available.

Tickets and access cannot be transferred to another person unless specifically noted on the event page.

5. Client Responsibility and Wellbeing

My work supports clarity, confidence, and inner alignment. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

By participating in any offering, you acknowledge that:

• you are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing
• results vary for each person
• no specific outcomes are guaranteed

If you are experiencing acute mental health symptoms, please contact a licensed therapist, physician, or qualified healthcare provider.

6. Payments and Billing

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize all charges associated with your purchase.

Chargebacks for digital products or completed sessions are not permitted. If something feels unclear, please contact me directly so we can resolve it together.

7. Access and Account Use

Access to digital portals, membership sites, or courses is for your personal use.

I reserve the right to remove or suspend access for inappropriate use or violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimers

This work is educational and transformational. It is not counseling, therapy, medical guidance, or psychological treatment.

I do not diagnose or treat conditions. Please seek a licensed provider for clinical needs.
